Can't get Burnout Legends ISO to load...

I've got a Burnout Legends ISO and Firmware 3.03 OE-C.

I put the ISO into the folder labeled "ISO" and it found the game just fine.

However, I can't get it to run. When I tell it to start, it goes to the initial loading screen then just hangs up in mid-load.

Something wrong? Bad rip?

EDIT: Fixed it. I just had to turn off No UMD.

Is there any way to convert US Save games into European saves?
