Alright I'm new here and I don't want to sound like a complete idiot, so be the judge of this.

Would it be possible to get the new Xbox 360 HD DVD hard-drive and replace or add it to your Xbox and update the firmwire and total system for it to play like a regular Dvd player should since it should be in sync with the Xbox 360 shouldn't if modded correctly be able to play burnt xbox 360 games on a softmod program or a total mod chip?
