need help with upgrading to 3.03oe-c!! plz help

I used to have version 3.03 but i have just downgraded to 1.50. I need help on what to do next. I have heard that the 3.03oe-c is good but I need help installing it and knowing what it does. Any help would be appreciated.

3.03 oe is a custom firmware made by dark alex that lets u have the functions of the official sony 3.03, but also still lets u ru nhomebrew, isos, and since 3.02 oe-b, psx converted to psp games. its the coolest thing out there right now, and i highly recommend upgrading to it. there are tutorials all over the internet, use google
