does anyone else have this problem w/ swap magic?

i just got a swap magic v3.6 (JAP) <- yes i do have a japanese ps2...
when I reach the load program screen, and pull out my disc w/ the slide tool, my ps2 doesn't stop spinning the disc. I noticed watching the youtube videos of swap magic that the disc shouldn't be spinning while pulling it out. anyone else have/had this problem? could it cause any problems? the games do load fine. im just worried. thanks

I've been using it for 1 1/2 years, either it comes to the loads properly, or it goes to the PS2 browser screen. Never had this problem yet. The second one thing I mentioned is a glitch, it happens from time to time.
