the original readme that was included with the 3.03 OE-C setup package is included and u will see it before u install the files to your psp. it also includes everything you need.

hex i've got PSP ver.2.71 with hen b and devhook 0.46 already installed i want to go 3.03 oec. do i need to uninstall everything before i downgrade to 1.5? If so how do i do it

Upgrade to 2.71 SE from HEN-D and then you can upgrade to 3.03 OE-C.

I'm pretty sure the rest of you noticed 3.10 OE-A came out. Would you guys like to see a 3.10 OE-A Winstaller. With 3.10 OE-A you dont get to have custom icons in XMB anymore, and who else knows what.

Keys.bin whats that I only have an image file of the game ie SLES_02207 converted to EBOOT DINO.PBP
