first off thanks for the winstaller! works great!
When i installed this my psp is back to default with the x/o buttons the japan way. I used psp set or something to change them when i only got it but this doesnt work now.. does anyone know how to change over the buttons when using 3.03 OE-C?

hi my version is 2.71 but its not working i installed and i got icon on psp to upgrade but its says eroor now my friend should i downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.71 it doesnt matter. plz let me kno

boot into recovery mode and use the registry hacks to swap the buttons, my psp is the same way.

u cant upgrade from 2.71. You need to be on 1.5 or 2.71 SE. Or another previous custom firmware.

You can downgrade a 3.03 but you have to have an unpatched version of the game Grand theft auto liberty city stories. The one with the 2.00 update built in. It came out in 2005. Since then they have released another one with the 2.60 update on it and that one wont work. I sold one on ebay for $48. They are hard to get.

It explains how to downgrade a 3.03 but you have to have the GTA unpatched game though. That is the only way right now.

Ive been reading up since i found my psp in a box but this is my 1st post so forgive my nOObness
i have v3.03 currently and would love OE-C but am having real probs finding GTA:lcs v2.0 but i actually have a copy of need 4 speed that has a v2.0 patch on it. i havent seen any other game but gta talked about can i use this? shouldnt it be the same patch?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, to make a long story short i screwed up with my flash, i have 3.10 OE A and now when i turn the PSP on, it gets to the SCE logo then freezes. I know i can just go back to 1.5 thourgh the recovery menu, but is there any other way?
Also, if i use the 3.10 OE A Winstaller here, and select to reinstall 3.10 OE A, will that fix it?

Hello,
I have upgraded my 1.5 to 3.03oe-c and looks good everything went well but the only problem i have is play the games i don'y know where to put them as i have put it into the iso but when i loaded it up it just freezed?
also how do i get to look at pictures does it need any other format where do i put it as i inserted it into photo but it says data crupted?
does anyone know what i could do?

you can make a picture folder in the root of your ms and put it there same with videos and music
For a While i have escaped time but to return when they need you most to come back on a vendetta like a have thats just simply MAGIC!

thanks i have got the picture and the music working.
But one problem how do i get the game working? i am stuck i put the iso game into iso but it doesn't show up it says no game data.

After my brother bricked his PSP on 3.03 OE-C and I got it back to 1.5, I used the winstaller for 3.10 OE-A and it worked great. Thank you.
History:
Mine: ?>2.82>3.03>3.03HEN>1.5>3.03 OE-C
Little bro's: ?>2.82>3.03>3.03HEN>1.5>3.03 OE-C>brick>1.5>3.10 OE-A
Memory:
2x 2GB Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo High Speed (fake)
2x 4GB Sandisk Memory Stick Pro Duo (fake)
One of each memory stick is my little brother's

Hello,
I am very new to this psp home brew and ISO's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Jap version psp that I recently purchased with a firmware 1.50 with C1003 in the UMD area. But the x/o buttons are switched. How would I go about changing that? Also, I am interested in upgrading to the 3.03 OE-C firmware in order to get all of the extras. Would I be able to upgrade to this firmware and if so would I be able to change the theme and the background? Would I also need to keep the fastloader on my 4 gig memory stick in order to play my backed ups ISO's? or is it all bundled in this new dark alex firmware?
I have many questions, any help would be greatly valued, Thank you

Hi
Thanks for excellent WinInstaller. For people like me (noo00b) it really is a helpful thing. Oka, I have a really dumb quest., I will be getting my PSP 1.5 FW with 2GB memory stick. So before insatlling the 3.03OE-C, do I need to format my memory stick? If so, then how?

Do you have the ISO folder in capital letters ?

Hi...first of all I would like to thank you for you effort in releasing this software as well as taking the time to answer everyone's questions. I have to myself..
1. My PSP is on version 2.60...can i still downgrade using the above method??
2. Do I still need a copy of GTA:LCS to downgrade or is there another way to do it??

u can upgrade to 2.71 and use the 2.71 easy downgrader. it doesn't require GTA either.
