300 odd transponders but no channels found

I've scanned Sym6952 on my Sagem Dbox2 (Sportster) and it finds nearly 400 transponders but the channel total remains blank. Am I doing something wrong?

Update
On 410 transponders now - still no channels in the count at the bottom

It's soing through each transponder now and finding the channels - fingers crossed!

do you get the free to air channels like BBC or ITV ?

if so then you could try going to Sky Sports 1 - leaving it on the channel for one minute for they keys to auto-update
