Just stick to 3.03oe or earlier, there is no real benefit to upgrading, all it is, is a patch so you can't play homebrew, is sony even really trying anymore? Why even ask that question anyways?

There is ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFIT whatsoever, and you should stay away from this update like the plague until it gets OE-'d.
I know you cant stop these stupid questions from being asked but even if you do tell them to search, they'll search but have no damn clue what to search and they'll get mad. If you tell them to read the readme, they'll read it but wont understand anything, tell them to stop making multiple threads/read the rules and they get mad. I guess they dont understand that answering the same thing over and over doesnt get annoying.
hi guys, i've the new version of psps v3.10 that can play iso files but some files when i put in, doesn't show up on my psp... may i know why is that so??
