can someone plaease explain to me exactly what it does?

can you still play isos on it, can you still run the 1.5 homebrew applications on it, does it have a web broswer etc.

I meant do you still use umdemulator to run isos on 3.03 oe-a?

Good job
No you do not. Format ur memory stick. You will see a folder named ISO in the root of your memory stick. Put ur ISO files there and will see them under Memory Stick >> Game. No need for devhook or UMD Emulator.
