Cogswap on PS2

so i got cdloader.elf and cogswap installed on my MC, but i cant get my backups to work. It goes to cogswap, then i put in an original ps2 dvd disc, press X. It says use cogswap, so i switch the original ps2 disc with my burnt one using a slidecard thing,press X. But the games just dont load and it stays on the screen saying use cogswap.

Any suggestions on why it wont work?

I have 2 suggestions:

1. Check the TOC size of your original PS2 DVD disc. It has to be bigger than your backup game for it to work.

2. Make sure you use good quality media for your backup game and don't burn it at max speed.
