What do you mean 3.10 OE or Official If its 3.10 OE-A yeah you can go back to 1.50. If your psp is bricked just press R Trigger while turning it on. (This means completely off not on sleep mode) On the recovery menu you will see run program at BLAH BLAH BLAH then you will be back on 1.50

Ok, as you see, I am a Newbie so I understood a little of the 3.10 OE-A Costom Firmware but I read the README.txt and I didn't understand everything and I'm afraid of trying and then it won't work so I'll be stuck at 3.10! I currently have two PSPs (one I bought two days ago and the second I have to return it to the store (Costco)), so can I put them in use ofr this process?

This is custom firmware 3.10 Open Edition Revision A.
Copy oeupdatemaker and oeupdatemaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in firmware 1.50, or to
/PSP/GAME150 if you are in 2.71 SE or 3.03 OE.
Get the 1.50 and 3.10 sony updates, and put them in the oeupdatemaker folder(not oeupdatemaker%) with the names
150.PBP and 310.PBP.
Run oeupdatemaker. It will generate the dxar file DATA.DXAR, whhich has the following hashes:
CRC32: 58D45EDF
MD5: BF1862F73FDF4B7458279ACFF4F6DAA2
SHA1: 683AD0ABA48A7968F3172A5AB2E41CF95A476801
SHA256: 2107EC67CE7434E250FF71AF302430B3586AA4519F3405D43594414B3C940B74
Note 1: the installer will disable all plugins to avoid incompatibilities when booting. You can
enable them again in the recovery menu.
Note 2: the plugin to load 3.02 pops won't work anymore in 3.10 OE, due to some changes in pops
modules structure (meaudio fused with popsman, idcanager/idmanager behaviour slightly changed).
A new plugin for 3.10 could be written next week.
Copy 310oeflasher and 310oeflasher% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to
/PSP/GAME150 if you are in 2.71 SE or 3.03 OE.
Move the DATA.DXAR file to the 310oeflasher(not 310oeflasher%).
Run the program. When it finishes, it will ask you to restart the psp. When you do that, you will be
in 3.10 OE-A.

it did help but every1 b4 upgrading remember: u cannot change ur xmb menu icons in 3.10 OE- A so u better think it along

"Run oeupdatemaker. It will generate the dxar file DATA.DXAR" no its not given in the download!after running the oeupdatemaker the dxar will be created in the oeupdatemaker folder so u'll have to copy it from oeupdatemaker(not oeupdatemaker%) folder to 310oeflasher(not 310oeflasher%) folder!!!

to plsy iso/cso games in 3.10OE-A:-
copy the iso/cso file(like nfsc.iso or virtuatannis.cso) in the iso folder of ur psp drive(make one if it is not there)
example- H:\ISO\nfsc.iso(or any game)(where H is the psp drive)
yes ofcourse u can go back to 1.5 from 3.10OE-A anytime!!!

Don't think thats possible, but there is compression so that it can hold around 1gb more
2.6 > 2.71 = 1.5 - 3.02> MY TA-082 MOBO 1.5> 3.02 OE-A > OE-B > 3.10 OE-A > 3.82 M33
3 Days, I advanced from 2.6 homebrew tetris and commercial UMDs to 2.71 Devhook Emulation to 1.5>3.02 OE-A, Its the golden age of hacking

no that's not possible, but like the other guy said there is compression. There is no guarantee on how much you will be able to compress and how much extra you will be able to fit in there.

You cant 'unbrick' a psp unless you change the motherboard or if it had the modchip installed.

attias just google the iso compressor!!!
dont worry converting iso to cso wont lose any option or movie or anything!!!its just an compressing thts all!!!say after compressing file with WinRAR or WinZIP do u lose any thing inside?well sure u dont and its all the same!!!!!!!
but some compressed iso(=ciso i.e.cso) will lag like gta:lcs,nfscarbon,so on..its like plaing a game in 256MB ram (in pc) but wereas the game recommands 768MB ram!dang!!got it?i think u got it!!! :)

sorry for late reply!!! 3.10OE-A (i.e. any custom fireware) got he power to plsy iso with out any extra soft(like devhook),but thts not all-u can play 1.5 homebrews,u can modify almost every thing in ur psp,u can play ps1 games in ur psp with out ps3(thts wat i am doin),u get all the latest feature of the 3.10 official sony fireware!!and wat else do u want it do?even u can recover ur psp if gets partially bricked any how!!!!!!!!
