can anyone give me a guide to install new images,what i need ?what the best image to install ?

oh and can i use my linksys router to sent image's and files ?

The files you need are in the download, yes you can use the router and a normal network cable.

I can never get downloads from that site to work. Must be down to my IP addy/range or sumit like that as i've not donloaded anything to reach my limit. Is there anychance you could email me the files or point me to somewhere else to get them. Not to worried about the images as there prob to big to email?
