i have made 2 dvd's as of late.
1.AntBully/BarnYard
2.OpenSeason/FlushAway

Downloaded them off the net, had to convert them to AVI ( because they were XviD compressed), used Nero to burn to disc, then used Shrink/DeCrypter to re-auther 2 movies together. Haven't watched them fully through as a re-authered disc but when i had them on a single DVD-RW, and i if they were good enought i'd make 2 for 1 disc and pass em on to a friend BUT seem i can't redue/recopy the re-authered disc's, neither 1. or 2. and i'm gunna paste my error log because frankly, i have burned/re-authered many many times but when i get a error i can't understand what it means.
so why can i make a re-authered disc(s) and them want to recopy them later i cannot do so?

Thank you for u're response if you can help? Dave.

You have a bad spot on the DVD you are trying to read and DVDD can not read it. You are going to have to redo the files. Try a new RW. Did you leasve the files in .avi format or did you convert to MPEG-2 DVD Compliant files?

hi,thanks for reply.
i kept my single movie dvd editions that i downloaded off the net and then after watching them i deleted all the files.
till i got enought movies i thought would make a good 2 for 1's i re-authered them together but maybe along the way i cause them to be wonky by doing this and that while the are being encoded, therefore getting error here or there. i do usually just let these things go over night.
so this is what i did.
i put my dvd in and had dvdFab do what i had to do, opened it in Shrink and had Decrypter burn me another copy.....this worked, just seems either Shrink or Decypter didn't want to do it the first time.
i just didn't understand why Shrink/Decypter did it the first time and wouldn't the second?

It is because the 1st DVD had errors on it. It could be the padding between the ifo and bup files, it could have been burned to fast or the DVD that you used had a bad spot there. It really could have been alot of different things. If you already have a disk that is done all you have to do is to use either DVDDecrypter(iso read- then iso write) or Imgburn to copy the DVD as there would be no reason to use Shrink.
