Psp 3.03 problem

Hi guys I have followed all the steps on the 303 HEN Noobz Downgrader Guide and still 3.03 wont turn on the system informaation it still says Version 3.03 what can I do I have used the below guide the game resets I go back and it still Version 3.03 everytime
303 HEN Noobz Downgrader Guide

Here is a guide for downgrading any current PSP hardware version
(TA-079 - TA-086) from firmware 2.81-3.03 to 1.50.
IMPORTANT:
The Noobz team is strongly against piracy, and we're not just
saying that to cover our butts. When you pirate games, you're
removing the incentive for game and console makers to continue
making fun things for us to play with. We are releasing this
downgrader because we believe that using your PSP to its full
potential and being able to customize it and run homebrew code
is a fair use right that should be available to everyone.
Please purchase games that you intend to play. Thanks!
Requirements
------------
In order to downgrade a 3.03 PSP you will need the following:
- Original GTA LCS (any region), which should have the 2.00 update on the disc.
- 3.03 Downgrader (this package)

Instructions
------------
Here are the steps to downgrade any 3.03 PSP to 1.50:
1 - If you have a 3.03 PSP skip to step 6
2 - Download 3.03 update from here:

3 - Unzip and place the file in <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE
4 - On the PSP, run the 3.03 update from the memory stick under the Game menu.
5 - Delete <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE
6 - Copy the contents of the folder MS_ROOT from the 3.03 downgrader ZIP to
the memory stick
7 - Unzip the 1.50 update to a temporary folder. Rename the EBOOT.PBP to
UPDATE.PBP and copy it to <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/ . DO NOT
OVERWRITE PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP!
8 - Load GTA LCS
9 - It should get to loading savegame, then the screen will clear to black
and fill with a light blue colour, then the PSP will reset itself (if
this does not happen see section below)
10 - Check that HEN is running by going to system settings, then to
"System Information" and it should show up as system version
303 HEN
11 - If it is showing up as HEN then go to the memory stick and
run the x.yz update
12 - If you have an unpatched TA-082 or higher motherboard, you will be
prompted to allow the downgrader to patch your motherboard so it
can be safely downgraded. The downgrader will not let you proceed
without patching, if your motherboard requires it.
13 - Before the downgrader does anything to your PSP it will ask
for you to agree to what it is doing, if you no longer want to
continue press the Right Shoulder Button (R-TRIGGER).
14 - Once you have agreed to start the downgrade do not unplug the
PSP, or try and restart it
15 - Once finished the PSP will ask you to press X, and reset itself
16 - If it comes up saying that the settings are corrupt, press x
to continue, this will mean you will need to re-enter the
settings for network connections into your PSP, otherwise go to
step 18
17 - Load the included NetConfigBackup application in your PSP, and select to
restore, this will take the backup that was done of the network config
that was done automatically during the downgrade.
18 - All done now :-) Hopefully you now have a 1.50 PSP. Enjoy it responsibly.
Troubleshooting
---------------
- Ensure that you have the original GTA LCS, it should have a 2.00 update
on the UMD, if it does not then it is a later version and can not be used
to downgrade.
- If GTA does not load 3.03 HEN and it loads up a save game, try making
a backup copy of all of the directories in <pspdrive>:/PSP/SAVEDATA/
before deleting them. Then try copying the contents of the 303 HEN zip
to there.
- If when trying to restore the network config using netconf backup you
find that it gives you an error on the downgraded 1.50 PSP, try adding
a temporary network config, then deleting it and run the netconf backup
again.

Yeah man as far as I can tell I have the original 2.0 I go to the main screen on the psp and under the umd its say update verison 2.0 is that it

Yes thats the one. I would format the memory stick and reinstall the 3.03 Downgrader files.

Ive done everything again still same problem hen wont come up
My problem

This is the problem it wont load without bringing the save data in the msroot folder to the save data in the psp Ive got it to load the saves buts it not reading the msroot in the memory stick is still shows Version 3.03 in the system settings
In that 3.03Hen zip file folder which files do you copy in that folder and in the msroot in the memory stick do I leave the msroot the way it is because there 2 of the same save files in the memory stick

U dont copy the MS_ROOT folder to the root of ur psp. u copy the files inside the MS_ROOT folder to ur psp.

format ur memory stick again. Inside the MS_ROOT folder there should be a PSP folder and some others. Copy all the files inside MS_ROOT to the root of your psp (main page), if u copy it to the right place it will ask if u want to overwrite files.

hmm unfortunately i have never used this downgrader so i cant troubleshoot exactly what's happening. but did it install any other apps to ur PSP besides the aforementioned.

It plays now I run the x.yz update and the game gets to half way loading bar and the psp turns off have you ever heard of this the battery is full

Got it working wasnt charged fully silly me anyway now that I have a psp 1.5 firmware how do I play psx games on it Im trying to put the metal gear iso on the memory stick but I cant find the iso when I explore the disc do I need special software for this and an emulator or something thanks

U install psx games to PSP\GAME. You dont need an emulator. It doesnt run ISO's either the psx games have to be converted from an iso to eboot.
