I have 3.02OE-B and had the recovery setting set to 1.5 kernel.
*Ripped and converted Spyro 1-3 with PopStation GUI BETA - Created by danny_kay1710".
*Played and completed each game without problems.
*Ripped and converted "Sheep Raider" but couldnt get it to start.
*Ripped and converted "Sheep Raider" but this time with "Simple Popstation GUI 2 beta (by ZiNgA BuRgA)" but still couldnt start the game.
*Ripped and converted "Crash Team Racing" but again couldnt get it to start.
*Ripped and converted "Test Drive Offroad 3" and DID get it to start.
*Changed Kernel to 3.02 but still couldnt start the compressed "Sheep Raider" game.
*Uncompressing "Sheep Raider" to try again with an uncompressed, 3.02 kernel game to see....

UPDATE- Didnt work.

this is not perfect so games not working IS expected.

and 3.03OE-B/C have a better rate of getting PS1 games to work.
