Can some one point me in the right direction for a guide that will tell me in dummy terms on how to limk the pc to the xbox.

I have a cat5 cable.. Im linking the xbox straight to the pc. nothing inbetween...

Ive managed to get hold of a router. It connects then times out and shows error message 'connection failed'. Ive followed the tutorial on the following link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/213943

im still having no luck. Can anyone spend 5 mins on msn and help me out. Id be greatly appreciative

do i have to install a mod to the hardrive before im able to FTP it? or can i do this before hand?

is it possible to install the mod via a usb flash pen? connected to a usb female on a usb extension cable connected to a xbox control pad connecter?
