How to go to 3.03 OE-C from 3.10 OE-A

I found out that I couldn't change the icons on 3.10 OE-A and there's not that many good features. To go back to 3.03 OE-C do I just run the update?

I believe You will have to use the recovery option.

Are these the right files I have in recovery: decryptprx.prx , EBOOT.pbp, extprxs.pbp , ipl_update.prx, lflash_fatfmt.prx, libpsardumper.prx, UPDATE.pbp
