I recently downloaded the XBM wave hack
link
I downloaded one of the wave hacks i saw on the official release thread and copyied it to flash0/vsh/resource system_plugin_bg.rco replacing the original file which i forgot to backup (stupid, i no). Now i have no waves at all in the xbm and also my custom gameboot no longer shows when I load up a game ( everything just goes black.
I am on 3.10 OE-A

how do i downgrade from 3.10 OE-C to 1.50 , i read somewhere that updates/downgrades had been blocked in the OE's.

get the 1.50 update. put it on your desktop or something then rename it to EBOOT.PBP (In CAPS) THEN put it in here: /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/
rename the file first or you will accidently overwrite the original file that's in the recovery folder.
then boot your psp into recovery mode (hold r during psp boot up)
then choose run program at psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp
that will downgrade your psp back down to 1.50 again.
then just upgrade back to 3.10 OE-A and then u can hack the xmb waves again.
but make sure you back up system_plugin_bg.rco
happy hacking
