Hey, welcome to the forums. First thing is first, read the rules. No posting emails allowed. Also, before someone helps you out, so far, do you know the basic psp modding stuff? (like the terms, where modding files go, etc.) If not, well then google it.

Evoil what is your current firmware on Your PSP? in order to mod you will need a custom firmware such as 3.03 OE-C

well as of right now you can not downgrade your psp since you have 3.11, you will have to wait a while until there is a downgrader, or you can sell ur current psp and get another.

at the moment i have a thing in my psp that it makes the psp 3.11 but makes it think it is 1.20 or what ever it is i cant remember so can i do it with that then but the only problem is it is having malfunctions so it may not work another thing is if i modded my psp can i change it to the original format? and see the accounts on this members what makes you a member? do u have to pay money or is it timed based?

Members and what now i belive is based on time and posts.
also if your firmware is the actual sony 3.11 then you cant downgrade as of now.
Now sure what you mean about the progrma that makes it think its a 1.20
|

Right well ma mate found a programme that confuses the system to think it is 2.XX and it can homebrew and all sorts but it still is 3.11 so it can still do all the romote play and what ever but at the moment it is having a few malfuncions so some stuff may not work until the people who ma mate got it from sort the problems

do u mean running dev hook on a psp that is 3.11 emulating 1.50 cause thats what i have

Your getting mixed up mate, you cannot run anything on an offical 3.11 PSP.
Your friend must have a 1.50 PSP and is using DevHook to emulate the 3.11 firmware.
Escape out of DevHook (there should be an option to return to normal firmware) and check your system information to find out what it is you actually have.

at the top of this page click profile tab, then click the big yellow star,>edit afterdawn.com account details>edit personal information, then there should be a textarea with "sig" by it, enter the url of your picture in it, eg 
. and your done xD

So, basically, all I gotta do to change my PSP's error messages from the game could not be started to the game refused to start because it wants a cookie is open up topmenu plugin.rco w/ a hex editor, edit the text, save it as topmenu_plugin.rco in XVI32, overwrite, and I'm done?
