how do you mean to make the xmb. there are all different parts of the xmb. icons, battery bar, volume bar, waves etc. i dont understand what you mean by making the xmb. write back with a bit more detail and i will try to help you :)

The icons but not just the top menu I want the full sub menus aswell

you dont need a program, you just gotta toggle usb(flahsh0) and change the topmenu_plugin.rco to the one of your choice

no its exactly the same you just need to know what files to be looking for. make sure that you have enough flash 0 space though!!

yep your best bet is to look on pspupdates.qj.net , they got all sorts of packages on there for you!

I need some more help;
1) I have got some pictures from google which are fine but when i put them on my psp some of them have holes in
2) I'm using RCO Editor and when i try to put some pictures from google on it say too many colours
any help

if you want to make your own topmenus you have to edit the correct files and save them as 256 bitmap images on ms paint. but i would just rob someone elses lol.
