It must be rco's, I haven't seen a theme like that in ptf format yet..Usually the ptf is just a wallpaper and normal style menu icons that have been manipulated.

I have a 17" widescreen on my desktop, and it goes up to like 1440 x 900, my laptop is also 17" (non-widescreen) and it maxes out at 2048 x 1536

Native res. for a non-widescreen lcd at 17" is usually 1280x1024. Right Click on the the desktop and go to properties. Go to the Settings tab and verify what resolution you are running. If you are running anything lower, you're probably not maxing out your monitor's potential for clarity and sharpness. Just increase it to 1280x1024 and resize you picture for the same dimension.
