I have a 1.5 FIRMWARE and i have no idea how to update it to 3.02 OE-A. HELP :)

If ur going to up to 3.02 OE=A u might as well install 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE-A. Check my sig.

it says i need to select the root of my psp but theres no folder like that. theres game save data photo and music. (i re formated my memory stick yesterday could that be why?)

When you mount ur psp your psp is assigned a drive letter. Use that and you'll be fine.
