Hi is there any way i can downgrade my psp to 1.5 i have gta liberty city but is there a way without it lyk 2.71?Please help

No, the only way to downgrade 2.81 is with the gta:lcs umd and the umd MUST have the 2.00 upgrade on it.

im sure you cannot downgrade 2.81 so upgrade to 3.03 and use the downgrader
