How do you play an ISO of a movie umd on the psp with 3.03-oex? I tried putting them in the ISO directory but that does not work. I've searched and searched but can't seem to find this one.

TIA

It is a UMD ISO. The ISO has the same folder structure as a game. At the root is UMD_DATA.BIN and the UMD_Video folder. The UMD_Video folder has two .png files and then more direcotries and files that appear to be on all UMD Video's.

I put it in the ISO directory but it does not show up anywhere on the PSP.

I have searched several newsgroups and can't find any info on it.

Y don't Dark_Alex cre8 an upgrade for custom firmware,
so that the PSP can play UMD ISO's?

It would somehow be better anyway.....

Playing ISO's of UMD movies on the psp would be.......well useless. The video is uncompressed and would need more then a gig just to play one.

Ok if UMD video ISO's don't work on the psp then how do you play/convert the videos to another format. I open with UMDgen and all the clips have an *.MPS extention.

Your only chance to load movie-UMD iso's on a PSP so far is by going back to 1.50 and playing the iso there. So if anybody actually got a way to emulate 1.50 with DevHook or such, please let me know.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
