Tombraider mdf file?

I downloaded what was suppose to be an iso,bin,img,cue of tombraider1 for pops but after i unrared the compressed image i got a file which said tombraider.mdf and i dont know what this is can anyone help

mdf is an alcohol image file. normally though it should be paired with a mds, so sorta like bin and cue, the cue is tiny and bin is the main file

yeah i been on achol 120 in a whilebut you may be able to convert it or something

may be put it on the virtual drive then use a program to create a iso from the drive
