3.03 PSP Green Light, Can't Turn Off

I have been running a 3.03 psp, not sure which version of 3.03 but it's been working great until I put in a UMD to play (GTA Liberty) and all of a sudden it just froze up. The power light is lit green and I can tell the screen is on but there is nothing there. I removed the battery and when I start it, it accesses the memory stick and I can hear a disc spin but then it just stops and the light stays green. I can enter recovery mode but nothing seems to get it back. Any help is much appreciated.

did you try to downgrade?

You mean downgrade from the 3.03 to 1.5?

i think what you have to do now is put the 1.5 EBOOT file into your recovery folder on your PSP and it should downgrade you back to 1.5. someone correct me if im wrong, this is what i have learned

i think what you have to do now is put the 1.5 EBOOT file into your recovery folder on your PSP and it should downgrade you back to 1.5. someone correct me if im wrong, this is what i have learned
