burn it with xbox backup creator, burn the .dvd file, if it wasnt included make one with DVD Decrypter, just put
layerbreak=1913760
isoname.iso
and replace the iso name with whatever the .iso is named

if you downloaded it, then it came pre patched most likely, but if not when you open it with xbox backup creator, it will tell you, but read the .nfo that came with the file, it will tell you what to do, you may need something like damnnfo viewer to read it right, if so just google it and open the last file that came in the .rar it should have it in there, if not try the first .rar file

sorry, ok open the first .rar file you see when you open folder, then you should see a .iso and a .dvd file, extract them both to a folder, i have a folder named games and then i have my 360 and xbox games in seperate folder, but however you keep yours organized, then open xbox backup creator, and click write, put your blank dvd in the burner and then click start and pick the .dvd file you extracted and wait about 42 minutes and you should have a nice new xbox 360 game

Burn the .dvd file in CloneCD at 4x on Verbatim DVD+R DL discs and don't worry about it. You extracted the .iso that's why you had a Audio/Video folder. Unrar the .rar files with WinRAR http://www.rarlabs.com
You then get the .iso and .dvd file

Never heard of them discs. I've used Verbatim since I started with 360 stuff and haven't had ONE problem with them yet.
Bur do burn at 4x I don't care what anyone tells you. BURN AT 4X
