Anyone know a fool proof way to rip PSX iso's?

Anyone know how to remove videos and music from ISO's without destroying their file structure?

Seems to me that a lot of people know how to do it, but there are no guides as such. Any help appreciated

create a zero-byte text file with the same name and extension then overwrite.

Yea tried that, used PowerISO, didnt work the iso wont run, maybe its powerISO?

Also im not actually removing music and vids im removing the spyro demo off the start of Crash Bandicoot 3, could that be why its not working?

Yeah that is more then likely why. And i think if you switch to UltraISO you'll find you like it alot more. PowerISO isn't the best, the only reason I use it is because it supports the .daa image format.
