This is probably a stupid question. Can anyone tell me how to delete individual files from my memory card? I see how to delete all the records for a specific game, but I can't figure out how to just get rid of one or two? I now have 5 different games saved on my Ratchet & Clank and only want to keep one.

Can't you do it through the GAME. If not then use LaunchELF and DELETE ther files you want to. I wonder how to tell the file you want to delete in there as it can get confusing so BE CAREFUL AND DO WHATEVER YOU DO WISELY.
