i want to rip a dvd but i have a CD-RW Drive is not dont read dvd notin but if you gauys and girls have a mode to rip a dvd whi a CD-RW Drive pliiiz tell meeeeeeeeeeeeee and what? do you say men?

if you have a dvd rom drive and a cdrom drive yes you can put a dvd on a cd, there are a few programs that can do this, that is how i first started backing up some of my dvd's way back when, i used dup-dvd or movie jack, also just a heads up this is a DVD Shrink forum. this forum is for users who want to ask questions about problems,or how to backup their dvd's with DVD Shrink. you might get more help in a dvd ripping forum, welcome to afterdawn, also you might try using google to search dvdtovcd or SVCD

If your CD-rw drive is not a DVD_ROM combo drive or you don't have a DVD burner, then you will have to buy a DVD Burner to rip a file. A plain vanilla CD-rw drive can't read a DVD.
