for some reason most of my psx eboots and my internet browser doesnt work when i have upgraded to 3.10 oe-a so i tried to update to 3.10 oe-a' and still messed up any help

i presume you have the recovery folder so cant you access the recovery menu then do a clean install of another firmware?

Simply Restore to Defualt Settings!

This is a problem with upgrading to 3.10 OE-A. the answer is restoring to defualt settings.

Once restored everything is fine its just after the installition it needs to be done.
