who says it couldnt work ur the time waster for not believeing us.. it worked for me to now i downgrader to 1.5 and then up to 3.10 0e-(not saying last letter) and now if i want i can go to 1.5 again with my recovery and then go up to 3.03 oe- (not saying last letter)

If so, why you dont post a link to a valid downgrader and why you not saying last letter of the firmware.

lol because it took me a while to find out this custom firmware existed (ill tell u the firmware i dont need) 3.03 oe-a i think it ends with a) anyways u have to figure the 3.10 oe----- one by ur self or ask some or go to a psp site and look for 3.10 oe----- k im busy using my windows xp on my psp. bye

liars =/ firstly it has no instructions to follow ..2. if you use the psp's normal installation instructions psp/game/update/put eboot in there it says no need to update..and whats version 3.12 anyway? never heard of it before...is it even anything

OK Im sure any one who knows about homebrew or who have read other boards will know this, DA said that he was not doing a 3.11OE (Custom Firmware) because it would require a full install. That is why he came out with 3.10 OE-A2, simple upgrade that gives all the pops as 3.11 without the full install. These OE files are NOT downgraders, just a firmware update like Sony's, but better.
I have 3.10FW. I made the mistake of updating and now I'm just waiting. If a 3.11 or 3.30 downgrader comes out, I will be able to downgrade. But enough of people who do no reasearch on OE's, DevHooks or Downgraders then telling everyone that they are just waisting their time by waiting for a 3.11 DGer.
OE'S ARE HOMEBREW FIRMWARE UPDATES, NOT A DOWNGRADER!
