Ok Everyone who keeps saying "Plz can i have the 3.11 downgrader" There is no 3.11 downgrade and there will never be so stop asking for it ok. Now the next downgrade for the psp will be for FW 3.30 so give it some time. Now here Read This...
When it comes to the different PSP firmwares, homebrew history dictates that a downgrader almost always follows a decrypter. Right? Right. With that said, it is logical to expect that a new downgrader will be released soon after 3.11 was successfully decrypted yesterday. Right? Well, not quite.
Word has recently been going around that Dark_AleX won't be making a 3.11 OE. Allegedly, he says that,
The FW 3.11 is ready, but it's not worthy to release because it needs a total re-flash and there isn't any update. There will be a plugin to launch all POPS until the FW 3.11, because it's the only thing that has changed in it.
Well, it was actually in Spanish, and this is the translated version. Anyway, provided that this is true (we checked DAX's official site and found nothing there), we guess Dark_AleX deserves to have a break. After all, even God, Himself, rested on the 7th day. And besides, we shouldn't forget that 3.11 was cracked using the 3.10 decrpyter, so that means nothing much has changed in terms of security.
We reported this because we believe it is important in more ways than one. First, it is a reminder that you should not tinker with 3.11 yet unless you want to commit a homebrew suicide. Another reason is that the fake downgraders that caused a lot of bricked PSP units are still fresh in our memories, and we don't want that to happen again.
Don't worry, guys. We're pretty certain DAX will be back once a worthy firmware comes along, provided that Sony hasn't given up yet. In the mean time, why don't you just send DAX, Team C+D ,and the other great homebrew coders some well-deserved thank you notes?
We thank these guys for doing what they are doing and hope to see lots more from them.

@LlamaLord - are you sure you're using enough bandwidth with your 378kb signature ? (which is also talking up half the page - sort out the crap spacing too). Either learn how to use usebars properly (ie so they conform to the 50kb limit) or have no sig at all. Each of those 4 bars is over 50kb each, so all have to be removed or edited anyway. Sort it out ASAP

so 14 days from now we can expect a downgrader? or will we see a animated gif of some gay guy bouncing on another dude with his balls are swinging about?(a rather infamous image to those of us familiar with online pranks).....if so downgrader i promise i will kill you!!! not literally but i will be quite mad =)

if you decrypt or watever a fw 3.11 can u put devhook on it, wat the hell is even the point of decrypering(dont know how its spelled)it you cant do anything and everbody keeps saying that " 3.11 downgrader will never come out" make up you fuckin minds ppl

The last downgrader that is out there is 3.03 and thats it so far but lots of people are waiting for the 3.10/3.11 (so am i) downgrader if you upgrade past that i think you are just done but i did hear that something that they might just do a downgrade for 3.30 or somthing like that but not sure if that is ture.
So has anyone hear any good news on any new downgraders coming out soon if not i will just save up 150$ and buy a used psp lol i just got a job at Gamestop so i am good Plus that is what i am going to do so if there is any good news please let me know Thank you.
