Hello there guys. I tried the method posted earlier in this forum's lifetime (last October) about placing SNES-Station on a DVD-R. It was basically putting the files onto UltraISO with all the roms, and then burning it to a disc using Alcohol 120%. The disc loaded up fine. However, there is a very noticeable choppiness to the sound and framerate of the games themselves. It's not really playable at this rate.
Is there a much better method to go about doing this? And maybe someone could offer some good instructions? I'd really love to have all the SNES games on a single disc, and if possible, perfectly playable. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out. :)

Try using a different and/or faster brand of a DVDR.
If the current disc's speed is 8x, try using 16x disc's.
Mabye this will work, otherwise you'll have to stick to the CD.

I'm using a high-quality brand, Memorex. Should I set it to 2x instead of 4x? I didn't think it'd make that much a difference....

Is the disc 4x? If so, try buying 8x discs. This is, of course, the speed of the disc. 4x is equal to 2.4 mb/sec +-. 8x is faster. I's not your burning speed but the disc speed.

It's actually 16x. I set it at 4x when I burned SNES Station, and it had that slower framerate.

It's high-quality in that I've never had a problem with any of the disks I've burned. I assume this problem is simply for the fact that SNES Station is originally meant to be on a CD-R, but I'm putting it on a DVD-R. lol

Try another brand, or try + instead of - (or vice versa).

I don't think it's so much the brand is that it's the method. Is there a real up-to-date way of putting SNES Station on a DVD-R?
EDIT: Nvm, you posted a link. Thanks.
