Just thought I'd share with the group something that I've come across and which might help some others new to D Box. Apparently, after you've tuned the box in (by leaving it to tune into a sky movie channel), you MUST only then switch channels via the 'bouquet' where they are all listed. If, like me, you just press the up/down channel button on the remote (as you would on a 'conventional' signal box) - all the settings are lost and you'll have to re-tune.

Sounds illogical, but seems to be true!
