Here's exactly what I've been trying.

1. Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME
2. Download 1.5FW update and 3.03FW update from PSPHacks, and rename them 150.PBP & 303.PBP respectively.
3. Execute UPDATE, which results in the creations of a 0kb sized .dxar file
4. Copy 303oeflasher and 303oeflasher% to /PSP/GAME
5. Copy .dxar file to 303oeflasher
6. I execute the flasher, which results in this message: non existant, or corrupt .dxar file.

What am I doing wrong?

I JUST tried that one...for some reason it freezes at the beginning of installation every time :\ Gotta un-USB Connect my PSP.

No it doesnt freeze...it says in the thread somewhere its a bug. It still installs to your psp the screen just disappears...it will eventually come back saying it has finished. The next winstallers will have that fixed.

Which files can I subsuquently delete from my memory stick?

I would flash the firmware and then format the memory stick. Then it creates all the necessary folders for you also.

What do you mean by Flash it?

After I used the installer, i ran 3.03 OE-C Firmware Install on my PSP and now I'm at ver. 3.03OE-C

Which files to delete? and how do I access ISO folder from this menu?

when u installed 3.03 OE-C you flashed it. Format the memory stick and youll see.

i did all that and when i got to use the installer is says is the game can not be started
