ERROR using wx ripper for backups

i am having a problem backing up my game. I have a dvd drive with a movie in it the problem is my movie is 7.8gb i find the key, stop drive, put in madden 07, dump disk then it starts to dump, after the first copy and dummy line say done, the next copy gets to 89088, then the next copy line shows 0, next jump says done, copy line says 1532928, the final jump line says done but at the bottom it says Error @ 1532928 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check). someone please help?

This means that your disc is scratched, and it skipped a part of the disc. When I use wxRipper, I stop the DVD first, then insert the Game, and then click on "find magic number". Try that, and see if it works!
