the problem that i have is that whenever i try to encode a DVD from DVD fab, it will get 99.75% done and then freeze up....why is it doing this?

Try uninstalling DVDFab and reinstall it now that it has been once again updated and hopefully that will help.

Enough free hard drive space? A number of things can cause the problem from a lack of system resources to a flawed DVD or as mentioned copy protection. With it stopping at the very end I wonder about encryption on this one. How much free space do you have and what is the DVD you're trying to copy? Is it just one DVD or all DVDs this is happening with?

Another thing u can try is defrag u pc before u use DVDFab.
