as soon as I put batteries in the controller it starts to vibrate and doesn't stop until the batteries die. All four lights flash while playing also. It connects and plays just fine but I have to take the batteries out after that and it's really annoying that it keeps vibrating while I'm playing. Any suggestions?

If however it's out of warranty or more down to abuse then open the unit up and cut any one of the two wires that goes to both motors, you won't miss no vibe in a short time

If you live in the US, you can return it to any Walmart, and they will let you exchange it for another. Just bring it to Customer Service, and say that it's broken, and you want to exchange it for a new one. If they ask for the receipt tell them you don't have it. Always works!!!

Yup, you don't need the recipt to exchange things at wal-mart, so try that.

of coarse I checked the batteries. Swapped em out a ton o times. Don't want to have to buy a new one and down here in Vegas Wal Mart wants a receipt now for all electronics. Tried that already ;)

Ok Here is a another way to do it. buy a new controller at walmart - then swap it out with the old one that is not working. You can just say you don't want it anymore - its not like they would test the device in front of you to make sure the controller works - its 50 bucks but to them its nothing so I doubt they would investigate much.

If you're in Vegas, you can go to the Toys-R-Us near the mall and they'll do it.
