Hi, I just got a dbox and need to transfer?? (save) the files etc so if i mess it up i can restore them. all i know is that it says neutrino and the image is commando 6 version 2 with date 10.11.06.
What software programs etc do i need to do this, I have a cross over cable and null modem.

Go to your SERVICES menu, IMAGE UPDATE, BACK UP IMAGE, FLASH WITHOUT BOOTLOADER, this will save the image to the TEMP folder so you can FTP it to your PC for safe keeping.
