i have tried everything windows just comes up with the error saying that it needs to close because it has encountered an error, with the error report sending box.

i have done a full factory settings restore to my pc but im still getting the same error, it happens when i use any media player, e.g Media Player Classic, vlc media player everything, does anyone have any idea what is wrong?
