Factory 2.81 TA-082 downgrade WITHOUT any GTA things?

I had an original 1.5 that served me well but the screen broke:( Then I exchanged it at costco for a factory 2.5 and even made money on it(got the full $310 for the original then paid $260 for the new one). Its WIFI didnt work. Traded it in for another. The new one is a 2.81 and I dont have GTA. How can I downgrade it without GTA if thats even possible? If I absolutely need GTA then I guess I can go hunt for the older version but thats kinda hard around where I live. Thanks in advance.

Like I said before, GTA is needed or else you cant downgrade and there isnt a way around it either.
