ok guys i her's the problem.i have a semi bricked psp.i found what to do but i need one file.i need 1.5 systemctrl.prx.plz help me.i don't know where i can find this.plz help.where can i find one?could some1 upload it for me?

why not download a dump of 1.5

or use the recovery option. this exact reason is why it's there.
