Final Fantasy 12 stuck at 8% while ripping

i got an error when ripping final fantasy 12.
it stuck at 8%. it says failed to read sectors.
is it because my original media is bad? i had no difficulties playing the game with my ps2 and no stuck. but when i rip it, it stuck at 8%,something like 338MB. tried using Nero, stuck at 4%, using DVD Decrypter stuck at 8%. is it my source already is a bad disc?

I had a game like that. It would play in the PS2, but would not rip. It would stop at 81% everytime. I found that there was a very small but deep scratch on the CD. I got another copy of the game and had no problem ripping it. I have ripped Final Fantasy XII and had no problems try another copy of the game.
