alex custom firmware upgrade question

Hey everyone i have alex custom firmware 3.03 oa c and i want to upgrade to the new one 3.10 but i cant figure out how to do it i used an easy installer for 3.03 but when i downloaded the 3.10 it said to install it the same way as the other ones. i was wondering if there was a tutorial on how to upgrade to the newest dark alex firmware or if theres an easy installer, any help would be appreciated Thanks
