How to burn two ripped movies on one DVD?

I tried pulling up two Video TS folders of ripped movies into one (in Nero in order to burn on a DVD) but the file names are same so old files get override with the new ones.
I have compressed them enough in DVD Shrink for both to fit on one DVD.
Is there something I am not doing right?
Please help,

Can't beat the price on the Shrink, but the DVD2One with the combine function makes the job so easy. I have them both, so it's no problem for me to choose. ;)
