format MS with 3.03OEC installed.

i have DA custom 3.03OE-C installed and everything. but was wondering if i format my MS, do i have to create the folders for my homebrew ect again, or will the Frimware do it sutomaically?

It will creat them for you. wether or not it will creat ALL the folders YOU need im not sure. depends on what forders your talking about.

i thought 3.03oe-c allows you to play isos directly? but i guess loaders like homebrew are needed anyway if you want to manipulate the your game's settings such as the cpu clock for a fater game :D

anyone got any ideas why when i format my ms it doesnt create all the folders?
it used to but now it doesnt.
im on 3.03oe-c.

in 3.03 oe-c you can change the cpu speed in the recovery menu

turn psp all the way off. Turn back on and hold R as soon as u do. It's under CPU Speed.
