What is the best way to watch video on 3.03OE-C?

What is the best way to watch videos on my PSP?

Should I continue converting them to the sony format and watching through the video icon or is there another way?

Maybe some homebrew that will let me watch my XviD movies without converting them?

Now that Dark-Alex has unlocked 480x272 resolution on the PSP,s native player, theres really no need for the likes of PMPMODAVC or PSPlayerMT.
Some would say that running PMP,s reduces battery comsumption (which it does) but on saying that its great to be able to run 480x272 true (as it where) PSP movies.
I think (but am not sure) that with the release of PS3 we are able to stream the movies to it and watch on your telly.
To play your XviD,s try PMPMOD or said mentioned PSPlayerMT.

XviD support would be sooooo nice, I could watch Prison Break and Heroes on the train without having to do any converting!

Ave never converted using the XviD codec.
I found X264 a much better codec.
Do you convert to XviD often Npdyna?
