guy i need help imediately my psp brick when i upgrade to 3.03 OE-C from 3.03 OEB.. Now my psp can't get into the recovery menu and my lcd light won't come out. please help me what shoul i do know

you sure you can't get to the recovery menu?

Cos if you can't, that PSP is dead my friend. I don't think there is any way to recover it.
