Ok, I have 3.03 OE-C now, Thanks to the easy winstaller...
so I just wanna know... How exactly do I change the cpu speed to 266mhz..
I really don't know where to start.. because I wanna play this game and I've read something about setting the clock speed to 266mhz in order to play the game without any problems..

well you could try playing the game without adjusting the cpu speed first to see what happens

I saw your post and the answer:


turn off your PSP completely(NOT POWER SAVER MODE!) then boot it up again only this time keep the R1 button held down. Okay this will bring you to recovery mode. co down to where it says CPU Speed. Press x (or o on Japanese PSP)from here you can change the CPU Speed.
